We have heard it since we were five years old:  "Use two hands!!"  Here are three examples of using two hands:  Stay low, have the glove out ahead early, soft hands bring the ball into the glove.

As a baseball Fan and sometime Fanatic, I love how base ball works.  When I was growing up, there were a few books on how to play the game and our coaches did the best they could.  It was not until later in life when I started playing baseball again did I realize how little I knew about the fundamentals of baseball.  Now with the web and so many sites about baseball, You Tube, especially, there is a tremendous amount of information out there!! 

Today's players young and old really do not have an understanding of the fundamentals of the game.  I want to make this blog a helpful tool and repository of sites that relate to hitting, fielding, pitching and catching.

Also, I want to include training tips and dietary info.
